Installing this will allow you to not only remote control your PC or Google TV using your Android handset but to search for a video on the phone and play it on another device. The Remote application also has fast forward, rewind, play/pause, volume control and video preview capabilities so you can take a glance at the recording before sending it to the big screen.
You will need to sign in with the same credentials to both the YouTube Remote app on your Android handset and YouTube Leanback on your PC or Google TV and this will pair the application on your device with your big screen Leanback.
