If you've got a Windows Phone 7 device, you'll want to set up wireless sync, especially if you have a Zune Pass. It's a fantastic way to wirelessly transfer music between your phone and computer. The way it works is by clicking and dragging any media you want to sync (music, videos, podcasts, or photos) to the picture of your device in the Zune software. Then, when your phone is plugged into the charger for ten minutes, the sync will begin, and that media you've queued to be sent over to your phone will be transferred. It also works the other way: let's say you discover a new album and download it on your phone. During wireless sync, the new album will show up in your Zune library on your computer. This a great feature for people that listen to lots of new music.
